How do I book?
Directly on WhatsApp. Mention which city suits you — Jeddah or Madinah — and a suitable time will be arranged.
Where are the clinics?
Clay Clinic in Ash Shati, Jeddah, and The S Clinic in Madinah. Both are mapped on the contact page.
What should I bring to a first visit?
A list of any medicines and supplements you take, the names of the products you put on your skin, any previous reports or tests, and photographs of the problem if it comes and goes. If you have had a previous procedure — injectable or laser — knowing what it was and when matters.
Should I come without make-up?
It helps for the examination, but if that is not practical it can be removed at the clinic.
How long is a consultation?
It varies with the condition and how much you want to discuss. A first consultation is usually longer than a follow-up.
Can treatment happen at the same visit?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on what the examination shows and what preparation is needed. Nothing is done before you understand its upsides and its downsides.
Prices
Why are no prices listed?
Because a price without an examination is a number without meaning. What is actually needed differs from person to person, and quoting a figure before seeing you creates an expectation that is usually wrong. Cost is discussed at the clinic once what is required is clear.
Are there offers or packages?
A plan is built around what you need, not around a pre-set package.
About what is written here
Does this site replace a consultation?
No. These pages explain the options and help you ask better questions, but they do not diagnose and do not replace being examined.
Why are side effects described in such detail?
Because a decision is not sound without them. A page that states the benefit and hides the possibilities is not being honest with you.
